A leadership development program for camp leaders and those aspiring to be more fully engaged in camping ministries across the country. The cost for books, materials and travel for this eight month program will be the responsibility of the divisions and local units. These costs are estimated to be $2,000 - $2,500 and this will include one retreat and attendance at the CCCA national Conference and travel.

There are two tracks for Passage: Sojourn - Emerging leaders with 5 or less years in camping ministry. Quest - mid-career with 6 or more years camp ministry experience and/or senior level leadership at camp.
Fees for the launch Retreat will be billed back to each delegate following the retreat. For budgeting purposes please plan $200 - $250 plus travel for each retreat.
