Check-in begins on March 6th at 2:30 pm. and departure on March 9th at noon.

We will provide bus transportation to and from the airport. If you need transportation, please provide your flight information. The bus schedule will be determined later.

General : $150.00

Apartments at the Conference Center will be available. Every apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, and a common space.

The apartments will be available on a first-come, first-served policy.

Please let me know if you would like to share a room with someone else, and we will do our best to fulfill your request. We will also prepare neighboring hotel rooms in case the apartments fill up.

Please remember that space is limited; we strongly encourage anyone who can commute to do so.
