SoCal Mission Impact Conference 2026

This conference is an excellent training for the supportive disciplines of our mission.  The Mission Impact Conference will focus on the supportive departments to our mission of: Development, Property, HR, Finance, Program, and Social Services.  We will have many subject matter experts come to teach from those disciplines to support the ministry done at the corps and social service units throughout our division. 

1 Corps Officer per corps is required; both are encouraged.  We also strongly encourage each Corps to send their senior business/office staff.  The Social Services teaching is more centered on homelessness, so general food pantry staff is not the targeted audience.

For institutions, we would like attendance from the Directors as well as Program Managers, given the scope of the material that will be covered.
